We have also served as the lead attorneys responsible for managing the patent portfolios of multinational corporate clients. Our expertise also includes directing worldwide patent prosecution strategies for clients.

We have rendered freedom-to-operate opinions, as well as opinions about the validity and infringement of patents of our clients and/or their competitors. We also draw on our industry experience to interact with a client's technical staff effectively and efficiently.

In addition to our prosecution and counseling work, Mr. Than has successfully enforced our clients' patents against infringers, and defended our clients against allegations of infringement.
